So, the last night was supposed to be the hurricane. It wasn't so much of a hurricane- more like a "tropical storm". Just a lot of pounding rain and howling wind. My family came over and we went to our neighbors for a "hurricane party". I ate so much junk there. That day I had already eaten some peanuts, a small piece of pizza O. made, and a lasagna thing. That was already more than I should've! I couldn't stop there though. At the party I ate a LOT of potato chips and ... chocolates! Oh god they were so good but so sinful. Today I felt shitty because of all the food I ate the day before. I didn't eat up until dinner. We were having family dinner, and my mom made pastas, sauces, salad, meatballs, garlic bread; the works. I sat there with a veggie burger (no bun), and 6 baby carrot sticks. I could sense people thinking I was weird; wondering why I was eating so skimpy with all this delicious food around. I just smiled and continued eating. Chewing every bite 32 times. I got munchy for a midnight snack, so I had a yogurt and an apple. At least it wasn't the greasy carb-filled tortilla chips in the cabinet! (calorie count will still be below.) Tomorrow I'm going down the shore, but I'm bringing my computer this time and will hopefully (and most likely) have internet every day. I'm going to try to eat less there and spend more time on the beach. I need to be skinnier for school, I just have too. After last year, being a fat disgusting slob, I just have to show my peers my full potential. By losing more weight before school, and then continuing even after that. I also promised myself I'll dress up more this year with actual put together outfits, not just sweatpants and a t-shirt. I also have a goal to be more social. All of these aspirations are linked...If I lose weight I'll be more confident and, like a domino affect, my other goals will be easier and more attainable. At least, that's what I'm hoping.
