I feel like I'm losing sight of what I want and what I need to do to get there. My calorie intake hasn't been negative for so long, I miss it. I promise I'll get back on track. I promise I'll start going to the gym every day again and eating less and posting every day and moving forward.

My birthdays on Sunday, October 2nd. I'm hoping to have a good birthday and not eat a lot...
After my birthday week/weekend (this week and upcoming weekend), I will get back on track with the gym and negative calorie intakes as much as I can. Blogging fuels my motivation- starting tomorrow I'll be posting every day. I need to set my mindset of skinny and live it out.
