Simply Intake

(What I wore today was just a t-shirt and shorts, so that's unimportant and I didn't take a picture of it.)

I was weirdly tired at the gym today.

Treadmill,15 min:150 cals burnt
Elliptical,10 min: 99 cals burnt

House Cleaning, 15 min:43 cals burnt
This Thing (Twice):200 cals burnt:
Net: 1 cal. ............seriously? hahahah

...Luckily, it (kind of) balanced out.
